全自动零压线型薄刀纵切压线机操作及注意事项：

 

1、检查机台移动，应能左右移动。

 

2、机器运行期间，不允许人员靠近刀轮，以免旋转刀片伤人。

 

3、机器停止时，应清理机器上废纸屑。

 

4、每班要停机对机器进行清洁保养至少一次，特别是导轨部分要擦干 净，不得留有杂物。

 

5、更换薄刀片，压线轮和砂轮等物件要停机操作。

 

6、随着刀片磨损和直径减小，分切刀须向下调整，刀锋切过纸板的尺寸在3~5mm范围为宜。

 

7、更换刀片时要小心刀刃伤人或损坏刀片，上新刀前需清洁刀盘，刀片和压板贴合面。每个刀盘上压紧螺钉拧紧程度应一致，螺钉螺纹不得有损坏。刀片压紧后应检查刀片是否有径向跳动和轴向摆动。刀片在高速运转时禁止人在刀片正面停留或走动。

7, the replacement of the blade must be careful when the blade wounding or damage to the blade, the new knife before the need to clean the knife set, blade and pressing plate fitting surface. The screw threads must not be damaged in the degree to which the compression screws must be tightened on each cutter head. After the blade is pressed, the blade should be checked for radial pulsation and axial swing. At high speed, the blade is not allowed to stop or move in the front of the blade.
